| (1) Theme Party Name
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2) Description of Theme
(3) Character list including race, class, and skill set choices and how these relate to the chosen Theme All the turtles will be Lizardmen Ninjas ; all will have close combat
and iron skin (represents their shell)
After these skills are maxed, stealth, snakespeed, reflexion and power strike will be advanced as appropriate to the given character. Will also match colors representing each character to their mask color (with the exception of Mikey). Donatello = purple, Rafael = red, Leonardo = blue and Michelangelo has to settle for green instead of yellow/orange (I could have started with another character to push Mikey to this slot, let them die and stay dead, but that was rather annoying). 4) Any limitations set upon characters to keep them "in theme". What skills can they use/not use (including magical spell limitations.) What restrictions/requirements related to items (armor, weapons, misc. items) there might be The Turtles may never use spells
5) Goals for the party: What they will ultimately achieve. What they
can do or not do in their interaction with the NPCs and RPCs of Dominus
Brief plot rundown (may not proceed in this exact order): (1) Turtles find that their Master, Splinter, has disappeared - they head out to search for him. (2) Track down the Rats in Trynton, check with Don to see if he knows - finds out Don and his thugs found a rat that meets Splinter's description, robbed him of a large crystal (Astral Dominae), beat him and then dumped him near Innsmouth (Bayjin) . In a fit of anger, we slay Don and take the A.D. (3) Proceed to Innsmouth, find the human-fish hybrids as in H.P. Lovecraft's stories. They have now taken the mutations beyond what is natural through interbreeding and are experimenting with magical genetic manipulation. Shredder turns out to be one such experiment. He is found in one of the huts (Jan-ette), manages to gasp out his final story and dies . Apparently Shredder (the Dark Savant) came to him to propose an alliance, offering the Astral Dominae as a peace offering. Splinter cautiously accepted, just to hear Shredder out. Before the tale could be told, though, Shredder said he had to leave and would return. Right after that, Splinter was ambushed by Don's thugs and left for dead here on the beach. Papers are also found here that show that a party calling themselves "Monkey" recently passed through and experiments were run on a pig and a fish to transform them into a dwarf and elf, respectively . (4) Decide to track down Shredder. Wind up in the T'rang headquarters. Find documents showing that the T'rang leaders have had dreams (literally) of a plan to use other creatures as their pawns in the war against the Umpani. One such plan involved them using spider-allies that are their distant cousins in an evolutionary sense. One such spider-warrior volunteered its services. It would travel to the planet Earth, expose itself to radiation (thus sacrificing its life shortly thereafter), then transfer this radiation to a human to attempt to give the human superhuman abilities. This project has been labeled: SpiderMan. (5) Journey also takes the Turtles to the Umpani hq. There they will find evidence that the Umpani leaders have had dreams that outline the T'rang SpiderMan project and an idea to counteract it. They plan on manipulating a human to partly take their guise, develop great strength and speed, and destroy this SpiderMan. This project is labeled: Rhino. (6) Travel to the swamp and meet a clone of Shredder's. Apparently Shredder reached the conclusion that only he was the only creature who could understand himself and thus the clone. To win it over, Shredder had offered it a large crystal, similar to the Astral Dominae. The clone had accepted this, but upon closer examination, realized the crystal was a cheap imitation. The clone is now searching for Shredder and throws down the fake gem in anger. (7) In Arnika, the Turtles manage to talk the local museum to trade their crystal for the one on display, which is covered with fingerprint smudges and dust (the Mook have developed guns and spaceships but not display cases yet) . Also rescue the Maid Marion (Vi) who apparently got out of Robin's sight for a while and into trouble with the Sheriff's men (the androids). If Robin or any of his men are reading this: pick her up at April's (He'li's) place - she's waiting for you there and sends her . (8) Find the ghost of Marten. Apparently, Shredder has also tried to win the spiritual being over, hoping that death had granted Marten great knowledge and/or power. A great crystal had been offered but Marten sensed something wrong. Splitting the crystal apart revealed a stone with a powerful spell inscribed that would drain the life-force of the bearer when activated. Apparently Shredder never wanted any of the proposed alliances - it was merely a ruse to get them to take these deadly devices to be activated as his leisure (also realize that Shredder really liked his clone – thus the “fake” did not contain the deadly spell within) . (9) Head out to Bayjin Shallows. Find the source of the Umpani and T'rang leaders' dreams: Cthulhu! (Nessie) Either this Lesser God had a plan or just enjoyed watching the pandemonium it created - there's no way to tell. This does explain, however, why insanity is such a common occurrence in this world. Burst Cthulhu's physical shell in a pointless rage. Also run into 6 samurai who mistakenly believe one of us may be the 7th (sorry guys, only Ninjas here). (10) Enter the Rapax Castle. Learn that the King was once known as "Beauty" and the Queen was called "The Beast". I will spare you the tale here, but one day they kissed and the Queen was transformed from the ugly human form she once had to her current breath-taking self . Unfortunately, her human attitude still remained and problems developed between the King and her, resulting in her being treated like the human she once was. While here, learn of the death of 2 great heroes: Flint and Sturm - they will be missed . (11) Finally make it to Ascension Peak. Run into the Prince and Mikey’s
daughter. Realize that she also goes by the name of “Snow White” and has
just been whisked away by the Prince (we saved her from her fairy tale
fate by intercepting, earlier in the game, the Golden Apples meant for
her) . Now we write a new ending to this old story. Look for 7 Dwarves
but they are nowhere to be found.
(12) Reach Ascension Peak and proceed into the heart of Shredder’s lair. Find that the source of Shredder’s new-found power lies in the open book on the pedestal: the Necronomicon! Shredder offers us an alliance and we feel that we must accept. Fortunately, Leo has the sense to read a spell (“write in book” option) from the Black Tome that clears our mind. We realize then that the Shredder finally did find a companion: Cthulhu itself! Fortunately, the spell read protects us from Cthulhu’s mind-influencing ways and we put an end to Shredder once and for all (that’s cartoon talk for “until next episode”) . Cthulhu is now bored and leaves everyone on Dominus alone for a while and takes a vacation to Earth for the next millennium or two. We decide that the Necronomicon’s power is too great for one being to control, so we all become Lords of Darkness. Cowabunga!!!!! |
