(1) Theme Party Name
Thundercats

(2) Description of Theme
Based on the 80's cartoon. For those that don't know about the Thundercats, here is a REALLY short synopsis.  The Thundercats are a group of six cat-like people that traveled far from their home planet of Thundera and crash landed on a strange and unknown planet.  The Thundercats had to try to survive on this planet by fighting off various enemies, including their evil nemesis, Mum-Ra the ever living (a mummy like creature with magical powers). For more detailed info on the Thundercats characters, go to http://thundercats.vpga.com/bios/thundercats.htm

(3) Character list including race, class, and skill set choices and how these relate to the chosen Theme

 Lion-O:
As the leader of the Thundercats, Lion-O is exceptionally brave and good natured.  He fights with the Sword of Omens and has an Enchanted Claw Shield.  To become leader of the Thundercats Lion-O had to defeat each of the other adult Thundercats in individual challenges of skill and fighting.

Based upon his valiant and noble character, I made Lion-O a Felpurr Lord, with impressive strength and top notch fighting skills.  As in the cartoon, Lion-O is not the fastest, strongest or most intelligent in the party, but he is the all around best fighter.  Lion-O uses "Fang" to approximate the Sword of Omens (I thought "Fang" was the best choice for a group of cats - especially since it is obtained from the closest character to Mum-Ra, the Sythe).  I also gave Lion-O a Dragon Kite to approximate his Enchanted Claw Shield.

Panthro:
Pantho is the strongest of the Thundercats and is their resident engineering wizard.  Panthro can build and repair almost anything.  Panthro fights with Battle Sticks that can hold numerous different types of ammunition and offensive items.  He also uses various other gadgets and modern weapons, including the Thundercats' battle tank.

Since Panthro is an engineering wizard, I created him as a Felpurr Gagateer of course and gave him the Omnigun (which, like the Battle Sticks has the ability to use multiple different type of ammunition) and the Flame Staff (which like his Battle Sticks are a wooden staff weapon).  Panthro is the strongest in the group (just like in the cartoon) and has lots of gadgets at his disposal.  One slightly different thing was that since Panthro was a black male bald character in the cartoon, and since there were no portraits of such a Felpurr, I used the only Wiz 8 portrait of a black male bald character, even though it wasn't a Felpurr portrait.

Tygra:
Tygra was a very sneaky and agile fighter and very good at avoiding attack.  Tygra was quick, strong and intelligent, but he was a very balanced character - not the best in any single physical or mental category.  Tygra fought primarily using a Flaming/Exploding Bolo Whip.

In the game I made Tygra a Felpurr Ninja.  I gave Tygra the Cat-O  9 Tails to approximate the Flaming/Exploding Bolo Whip.  In case anyone believed that the Vampire Chain would be a better approximation, I gave him that weapon as well.

Cheetara:
Cheetara is the fastest Thundercat, good at dodging attack and excellent with the use of her powerful Bo-Staff.

In Wiz 8 I made Cheetara a Felpurr Monk and gave her the Zatochi Bo to approximate her powerful Bo-Staff.

Willy Kit and Willy Kat:
Willy Kit (female) and Willy Kat (male) are the two youngest Thundercats who are always getting caught with their hands in the cookie jar (so to speak).  These two almost identical youngsters are extremely quick and agile (although not quite as quick as Cheetara of course) and they use whatever they can get their hands on to escape danger.  These two are mostly known for their Bag of Tricks which contains the right item for almost every situation.

I gave one excellent pickpocket skills, and the other an excellent skill at picking locks.  Both have high artifacts sills and each carry various thrown items and potions.  These two also have very high stealth.

4) Any limitations set upon characters to keep them "in theme". What skills can they use/not use (including magical spell limitations.) What restrictions/requirements related to items (armor, weapons, misc. items) there might be

While each of the Thundercats had certain specific primary weapons, one nice attribute for Wiz 8 is that they would each use whatever was at their disposal to fend off their enemies.  Since the Thundercats were a good and noble group, they could not be allowed to become hostile to any race that acted in a friendly manner towards them (i.e. - they were friendly to the Higardi, the Trang, the Umpani, or the Trynnie).  They would likewise not befriend the more sinister groups, such as the Rynjin, the Rapax and the Ratkin.  They also would never give in to evil at any price, meaning that they would NEVER sleep with Al-Sedexus.

5) Goals for the party: What they will ultimately achieve. What they can do or not do in their interaction with the NPCs and RPCs of Dominus

I used the room with a chest near Antoine as the Cat's Lair, where they keep extra goods and weapons.   All three artifacts are in their proper receptacles on AP and the group is ready to ascend.  Although they went through part of the Templar initiation, they never did the deed with the demoness.  As a result, one character (Lion-O) has a portal set in AP since they never obtained access to the Rapax transporter.
