| Available from the Rynjin, a package of sea horses opened on a beach
creates magical sea horses that will carry you to any other beach (Sea
Caves, Sorceress Queen Beach, Arnika Harbor, etc). If you open it anywhere
else, a voice will whisper "I don't see any water", no horses will appear,
and the package will remain useable when you get to a beach or river.
